ENGINE BLOCK	Remanufactured VW O.E.M. Engine Block. Professionally prepped and cleaned thoroughly. Bored and Finish-Honed to O.E.M. specs. Inspected for any possible flaws.
CYLINDER HEAD	Remanufactured 'Better-than-new'. Premium Hi-Tech valve seats and maganese-bronze valve guides. Three-angle seat finish. Leak tested prior to installation. Prepared to run at optimum performance on unleaded gas.
CAMSHAFT & VALVE TRAIN	Remanufactured selected VW O.E.M. Camshaft. Remanufactured Lifters and Rocker assembly. High tech pushrods.
TIMING BELT	Gasoline engines: Timing belt is installed. Diesel engines: timing belt is furnished 'loose' .. you must get the Pump Timing set accurately to validate the Warranty. Improper pump timing can result in engine damage not covered under warranty.
CRANKSHAFT	Remanufactured Forged VW O.E.M. Crankshaft.
CONNECTING RODS	Remanufactured VW O.E.M. Rods. New wrist pin bushings. Balanced and matched sets.
PISTONS & RINGS	New High Quality aluminum alloy pistons. New piston rings and wrist pins.
FLYWHEEL	Provided without flywheel or driveplate.
LUBRICATION SYSTEM	Oil Pump is replaced with New or Remanufactured Heavy Duty unit.
GASKETS, BEARINGS & OIL SEALS	All new Main, Rod and Cam bearings. German licensed manufacture. New gaskets and oil seals are used throughout.
BONUS!	We include the remainder of the complete engine gasket set with your engine to install the rest of your engine components.
